The width of side box columns is controlled on a per script basis.

ACP -> Configuration -> Advanced Sidebox -> Manage Scripts -> [script name] Width: left & right

There was only one change made by Tanweth to correct a previous commit to address avatar aspect ratio. This is the final maintenance version for the 2.0.x series. Starting work on 2.1 next.

I have a small problem with the automatic width of the sideboxes, please take a look at this archived image of my forum: http://archive.is/2y6rb

As you see, for low resolutions, the container gets smaller, while the sideboxes overflow the container bounderies.

You got an idea how I can avoid that? ^^

It is really hard to say without having a look at the theme. Is this a custom theme or can you link me to it so I can test?
