You should focus on the usability before worrying about visual design and ornamentation. I mostly just see a lot of empty space and some hard-to-read text.

 yeah I agree, I added the Oswald font everywhere because I was doing this in a rush.

I like how you hide the poll form. I did a similar thing but instead used a spoiler-like code, it still uses a full word line and expands the container when opening. So I will probably borrow your idea, Semantic UI has a feature for adding HTML inside tooltips iirc.
