Can I replace "-Alert(0)" with an Icon in header?

I still can't reproduce that one unfortunately though.

how to?? evereytime when deactivate and activate error shows, its not just to me

Yes, you should be able to just modify the myalerts_headericon template.

Plenty of other people have managed to install and activate it just fine. Are you absolutely certain you're using the latest version from GitHub.
give me link to github, and how to upload it again must reinstall it and overwrite files in ftp with new ones

In local for every active/inactive error occur , just for 1 second . Is this normal ? Is this error become good in real host ?

He said he can't reproduce it, that doesn't mean he's denying that it exists or that he will fix it.

Exactly. I have yet to see this error on any of my test installs - of which there are 3 (one local Windows install, one local Linux install, one external linux install). That isn't to say I'm ignoring it but I have yet to face it my self and as such it's slightly more difficult to troubleshoot.
