It's odd that MentionMe isn't working, but Wildcard can probably help better than I can on that front.

@Miley can you try using MentionMe 1.6 (from the mods site)?

Also- I have a custom login box on my banner and I want the alerts to display just below the Private Messages part.. Do you have a code for me? Cause with my theme the alerts dont show up anywhere but the usercp

Make sure you add <myalerts_headericon> where you want the alerts to show
